2. Donation Policy
All donations made through this website are voluntary contributions to Samvedana Foundation, a registered charitable trust. Donations are non-refundable once processed. In exceptional circumstances (e.g., technical errors), refund requests must be submitted within 7 days with a valid transaction ID to info@samvedana.org.
3. Use of Donated Funds
Samvedana Foundation commits to using at least 85% of all received donations directly for charitable programs. In cases where a specific campaign is overfunded, surplus funds may be redirected to other active programs at the Foundation's discretion.
4. Volunteer Agreement
Volunteers agree to conduct themselves professionally and ethically while representing Samvedana Foundation. Volunteers must not make unauthorized public statements on behalf of the organization. Samvedana reserves the right to terminate a volunteer's association for misconduct.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including logos, text, images, and campaign descriptions — is the property of Samvedana Foundation. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use of any content is prohibited without written permission.
6. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Surat, Gujarat.
